Cancellation Policy
Glitz 'n' Glam requires an advanced notice of 24 hours or more when cancelling or rebooking a service. Each appointment has been set with a predetermined amount of time in order to create an ideal salon experience for you. If you are unable to make your appointment time, please let us know as soon as possible so we pass the slot to another client.
To provide the best service possible, we are always working hard to stay on schedule and make everyone happy. If we are running late you will be notified at reception. If arriving late, please call ahead to inform us and be prepared to have the service rescheduled or reworked to reflect the amount of time remaining so as not to interfere with following clients.
NO-SHOW CLIENTS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 50% CHARGE ON ANY SERVICES MISSED WITHOUT 24 HOUR NOTIFICATION. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

Email confirmation and reminder
As a reminder of your appointment, an auto-generated email is sent by Ovatu upon initially booking your appointment, as well as 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you are not receiving a confirmation email, double check to make sure you have entered the correct email address, and when in doubt, check your junk mail folder to make sure it's not showing up there. Bookings can be checked and rescheduled by logging into your profile on the ovatu app. Please contact us directly on 0131-629-2254 if you're unsure of a future booking.

Refund/exchange policy
At Glitz 'n' Glam we want you to be happy with every service you receive in our salon. If for any reason you are unhappy contact us within 14 days and we will do our best to rectify it with a revision appointment. Refunds will not be issued and work is only guaranteed if all after care or home styling is followed.
